Lactuca sativa
Green-reddish, tender variety with pointed leaves and early harvest maturity.
Historical variety from the Amish people of America with medium-sized, green-reddish, compact heads. The lettuce has triangular, crispy-tender leaves and is ready to harvest after around 55 days. The star-shaped leaves can also be used as lettuce. The variety shoots very slowly and is therefore considered a year-round salad.
